Use various methods of communication to cardholders to make payment arrangements.
Ensure timely payments from customers.
Specialize in customer call management and payment arrangement negotiation.
Deliver the best possible experience with every contact.
Training Extensive paid training program, up to 3 weeks in length onsite.
Ongoing training opportunities for continuous improvement! PayBase wage starting at $15-$17.
