At this plant, we produce cookies for multiple customers.

In a typical day, you'll:
Prepare and ship orders for pick up or delivery according to schedule and order instructions.
Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, and store).
Perform inventory transactions accurately and keep quality standards high for audits.
Report any discrepancies.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, including pallet jacks and sit-down forklifts.
Communicate and cooperate with coworkers and supervisors.
Follow and comply with procedures, rules, and policies.
About you:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to lift at least 35 pounds.

Basic computer and data entry skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain strong internal and external customer relationships.
Additional Notes:
Post-offer drug screening, background check, and physical capacity profile test required.
More often than not, we have mandatory overtime requirements.
Overtime can be required 4 hours before or after normal shift hours.
