Work collaboratively with PREMIER leadership, enhancing knowledge and skills and improving the delivery of quality bank and bankcard services.
Associates explore options with customers on their account(s) by looking for ways to help them using payment options and programs.
Associates have good verbal and listening skills.
Responsibilities will include handling outbound and inbound calls with customers, educating them on their account status and setting up acceptable payment options.
This position is also eligible to receive a $2,000 scholarship per year to one of several Universities (with a maximum eligibility of four years).
Candidates for the Student Customer Care Associate position must be in good academic standing (2.
0 GPA or higher) and will be scheduled 20 or less hours per week offering a flexible schedule to work with the student's class schedule.
