Enterprise Sales Reps are responsible for the day to day order handling for sale representatives as well as ensuring the customer has a seamless installation. This individual will still be responsible for phone time should the IB Queue warrant or if we are under-staffed on any given day. This candidate should also be able to provide feedback to our associates and management team in regards to quality of referred leads.
Manage and Track Leads
Maintain Sale Pipeline
Sell enterprise telecommunication products and services
Effectively interview each lead and form an offer based off of expressed and non-expressed needs uncovered during the interview phase of first contact
Maintain accurate records pertaining to leads that have been closed/sold
Responsible for processing orders in a timely and efficient manner
Communicate issues or observed trends to management for continued coaching opportunities
Assist coaching agents on identifying and submitting valid qualified data leads
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate for this role would share and understand the high growth objectives of Mass Markets. This position requires an advanced degree of attention to detail, creative thinking, and dedication to people. The ability to professionally represent Mass Markets internally and client facing is a must. The right candidate will exhibit good business judgment and acumen and be both confident and flexible in their views. This position will require the ability to work with multiple business units to acquire operational knowledge and execute on departmental initiatives.
Able to perform all required tasks on a daily basis without direct supervision.
Highly organized and can work independently as well as with a team
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, power point, and outlook express
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with many different levels of employees
Ability to communicate clearly and precisely with management as well as customers
Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Standard starting compensation includes a base hourly wage commensurate with experience, an hourly attendance bonus, and a weekly performance bonus. Employees earn generous paid time off as well as paid holiday's and paid training opportunities. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
