POSITION OVERVIEW
We are now hiring Help Desk Representative to handle a blend of residential and business customers with inbound phone interactions. This role will improve customer satisfaction and troubleshoot account issues, upselling products/services when opportunities are presented. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT DOES A HELP DESK REPRESENTATIVE DO?
Handling inbound customer service calls will be your primary responsibility while you learn the latest contact center technology and customer experience methodology. Our clients are some of the most recognized brands in the world, so you will specialize on their products, technology, and business process. This role requires you to interact with hundreds of customers each week to resolve support issues, somtimes selling new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experience.
Our entry-level Help Desk Representatives are responsible for the following tasks:
Understand customers needs and resolve technical inquires efficiently
Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks
Become a brand ambassador, professionally representing our partners
Analyze and troubleshoot products and process when interacting with customers
Appropriately escalate to next level of support when needed
Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in customer care, sales, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.
Other Help Desk Representative Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome
Must have the ability to learn customer service software applications
Must be proficient with basic PC skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving ability
Highly reliable
Minimum 18 years of age
Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, technical support, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferable, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
