Client Service Technician

Key Tasks:

  • Receives, records, and inputs all pertinent information regarding client samples
  • Facilitates the expedient release of samples to Operations for analysis
  • Ensures the Quality Management System is maintained in accordance with ISO 17025 standards
  • Monitors client sample submission and identifies new sample matrices or testing profiles
  • Maintains records of all sample handling and data input upon receipt
  • Identifies and reports
  • Provides client COAs orpartial COAs as required
  • Maintains and tracks sample retain
  • Verifies receipt and shipping of brokered samples
  • Maintains a fair and positive work environment
  • Performs all other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

? ? ? ? Degree inmicrobiology, related field or equivalent experience.

??????? Computer Skills,Microsoft Excel proficient

??????? Effective problemprevention and problem-solving skills

??????? Written and verbalcommunication skills necessary to cross multiple

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
