This position is an hourly full time role with bonus potentials.
Our role of a Talent Acquisition Assistant is one of the most important positions in the company. This position prefers experience in Call Centers, Recruiting, Human Resource, Customer Service and/or Sales but is not required. As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you must be a motivated, goal-oriented individual who works well independently and with a team. This position reports directly to Human Resources. You are responsible for the day-to-day life cycle of recruiting. This will require making outbound calls and accepting inbound calls to applicants who have applied with the company, processing phone interviews, answering basic questions and assisting Talent Acquisition Specialists as needed. You will also be responsible for sourcing candidates for the company through various recruitment channels.
Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
